1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

No questions asked. You will receive a complete refund of the amount paid.

2. Free Tier

Our free tier service is provided at no cost and therefore no refunds apply. Free tier users can translate up to 2 documents per day with a maximum file size of 250KB.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day period, please:

  1. Email us at support@fileintact.com
  2. Include your account email and order/transaction ID

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation

To cancel, email us at support@fileintact.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, and refunds on our behalf.
